Historical Summary:

Tom Halliday, a Naval Architect in Vancouver, BC designed the then "Agnus R I" in 1929 and revised the drawings in 1937 when the boat was about to be built. The boat was designed to accommodate the Scripps motor. The boat was build in Vancouver, BC by Hans McKinnon at the foot of Granville Street.
In 1971 Rob MacCay, Joelle's father, purchased the boat in Vancouver, renamed her Glayva, and brought her to Seattle. In 1991 Andy and Joelle acquired Glavya on Rob's passing.
