The purpose of the Northwest Marine Propulsion Museum (a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation) is to help save some of the engines that are disappearing to the scrap yard and to educate the public about marine engine technology and history.  The museum is preserving some of the old and rare marine engines and returning them to running condition.
