40' 1930 Schertzer RUMRUNNER once known as the DAVY BILL. Schertzer designed stunning yachts with stately lines. In 1998, RUMRUNNER was the PNW Flagship, and shown below with then Commodore Percy Muschamp at the helm. The second photo shows RUMRUNNER after Percy had fitted a hawse-pipe and anchor plate and after coming under new ownership.
